Great experience at Pepe Appliance. I purchased a new Thermador gas cooktop from Pepe. It was delivered personally by the owner and his son on a Sunday from NJ to Mass. Customer service is exceptional. I recently installed the cooktop, it is a beautiful high end appliance and looks great in my kitchen. I would highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy and professional.

Amazing experience! Needed a new stove and at first I was confused since this wasn't a typical specialty. Found this place from an ad and decided that I would come here. Very nice and welcoming right through the front door. I was greeted and at first I looked around but eventually I was approached by Pepe and I explained my situation (Needing a stove for a home re-decoration). Pepe was willing to answer all my questions without any problems. Friendly from beginning to end and helped me find what I needed in just a few minutes of discussing. Great prices as well and will 100% be coming back to continue business. Overall, I highly recommend.

Pepe service was great we were passing through from Philadelphia to Connecticut and saw an add online. Pepe's price could not be beat, so we stopped in and bought a Down Draft Range sight on seen. We required a specific down draft range because we removed a wall and had no top vent. When we got back to Connecticut we realized a very important part (The blower motor) was missing from the packaging. We could not just drive back to pick up. Pepe was extremely responsive in resolving the issue, and sent the part to us via UPS. We had to call back a few times during the installation and Pepe was very responsive. We would absolutely recommend Pepe's Appliance!!
