We bought a fridge here about 2 weeks ago and it has stopped working out of nowhere. It doesn’t cool and the freezer doesn’t work. We have been calling for days now and no one has answered the phone. We have gone down to the store multiple days and the store is closed. No one is getting back to us. It’s feeling like a waste.

I bought a really nice black GE fridge here two years ago. They delivered it within a day since I explained I was using a cooler to keep my kids food Cool. The two delivery guys were kind. My fridge was wonderful up until a power outage during the tornado we Had last month. I called and learned they do repairs so I will let everyone know how that goes. Hopefully they have something available for ASAP.

ZEROOOOO stars PLEASE PLEAS dont ever purchase any appliance from this place. The lady that answers the phone which is the wife is evil and rude. Beyond what a human in the USA should behave. My experience with this place brought me to tears. I i buy an oven which turned out not to work at all PSEG tagged it as a safety hazard .It was linking out all the gas. When i called . I explained what PSEG stated. She said its not my fault if you guys broke it. Refuse to return me money. STAY AWAY! there are hundreds of used appliance shops in Paterson DONT GO HERE!
