Value Zone Passaic

FAVORITE STORE!!! I love that this store conveniently has everything you can imagine. I love their prices and organized aisles. I rather buy in person than online. I pray and hope that they continue to have lower prices on everything if they want to lure tons of customers. I love seeing families and young folks buying consistently here. Yes, there’s a thrift store down the block. However, nothing beats buying NEW clothes and items for your home that is brand new, lower priced and quality. I will continue to keep being a loyal customer as long as prices are kept low and accessible. I drive an hour away to shop at this store.

To the owner of Value Zone, Passaic, NJ. I shopped this location today for the 3rd time since learning about the store from my sister who had been there in the past. From my last two visits, I was pleased with my purchases and was thrilled to shop there again. On today's visit, with my sister, we were followed a few times throughout our shopping. This was very unpleasant and unwarranted. On the 3rd time around, there was a young lady who was watching me so I asked her if there was a problem. She didn't speak any english therefore it was extremely difficult to communicate with her. My sister did the best she could to speak with her to resolve the issue. I just wanted it to be known that as an establishment, all customers should be welcomed in the store and valued as a paying customer because not everyone is stealing. I would've rather submitted my shopping experience through a survey however that option isn't available on my receipt. I'm leaving a 3 star rating only because I'm pleased with the items I purchased.
