I recently bought a washer from ABC Discount Appliances. I was very pleased with the experience. The salesman, Ben Boyce, was friendly and provided a lot of useful information about washers. The delivery men, Eric and Will, were able to get the washer into the basement through a narrow stairway with no problems. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. Eric tested the washer to confirm that it was working properly and explained how to operate it.

I just bought and had delivered a new washer and dryer from ABC Discount Appliance. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Most significant and impactful was that I got the most amazing salesperson--Bill Benton, IV--who is everything in a salesperson that I want and need. He is knowledgeable, patient, and was extremely attentive to detail and my needs which was critical (my washer and dryer are on my third floor and in a tight space so dimensions limited my options and needed careful consideration). Bill was willing to handle all the discussion over the phone (I very much appreciated that he saved me the trip and I felt he gave me as much attention as if I had been a customer in the store). He was prompt to return phone calls and e-mails in the ongoing discussion. Will and Michael did the site visit and installation. They were very nice and professional and neat and answered my questions and clearly knew what they were doing. Things moved along very quickly because of Bill's timely communications, the trust that I developed for him early on and because of how quickly he was able to set up the site visit and installation. Within one week of my old washer dying, I had a new washer and dryer installed and have run my first load. What seemed overwhelming to me--replacing a broken washing machine with only a tiny space to deal with--was made easy and stress-free because of the ABC employees. I am grateful and highly recommend them.

I’ll be short and too the point. We received an exceptional deal at ABC Appliances on a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I shopped it before and after purchase and no one was close on the price. Bill Benton was our salesman. The guy knows his products and his follow-up was outstanding. Delivery was as promised. We noticed a few dings on the stainless steel panels of the dishwasher and refrigerator and ABC replaced them with no questions or haste. Really an all around great experience and I give them an unqualified A+.

My refrigerator died and I needed a new one. I researched a bunch of stores and went to ABC because they are family owned. Right away the staff was helpful and kind. Ben was so knowledgeable and helpful and overall friendly. The prices are wonderful and they had exactly what I needed. I was able to leave the store with a refrigerator and they placed it in my truck for me. They have a customer for life. Do not give your money to the big corporations.
