When we recently had an issue regarding our purchase Danny provided us some awesome over the top service. Boy oh boy does he know his stuff about tvs, he set up a service call but we ended up not needing it as the problem worked its way out. So thank you sir, my mom and dad appreciates it. Finally getting around to writing this well-deserved review for Danny. We visited the store looking for a new French door refrigerator, unsure about the style, size, and brand that would work best for our home. Danny immediately impressed us with his extensive knowledge and patient approach to helping us explore our options. He showed us several French door models tailored to our taste and needs. While we absolutely loved the $4,000 model (it was gorgeous but definitely bougie and beyond our budget! 😅 pictures attached), Danny never pushed us toward it. Instead, he took the time to explain the differences between brands, energy consumption, features, and what would truly work for our lifestyle, like a 🐐 What really stood out was Danny's genuine expertise - not just with refrigerators, but across the entire store! He's equally knowledgeable about office chairs, TVs, and other appliances. His warm and welcoming personality made the shopping experience enjoyable, even though we ultimately decided to purchase elsewhere due to budget constraints. I wanted to take the time to properly appreciate Danny's efforts and professionalism. He treated us with respect and kindness throughout our visit, never making us feel pressured despite not making a sale.
