Had them come out to do an annual AC service, charged $159.99 per unit, I have 2. They didn't even change the filters. I normally pay $89.99 and filters are replaced. RIPPED OFF I asked the tech if he replaced the filters he said "all good" that was a lie.

Once again this company continues to provide excellence service. Not only did we have dryer issues, we had heater as well, called Long Lane, they came out and got the job done within 48 hours!! We called them for freezer problem. They charged $181 just for them to come out. They had to order a part and when they came out to fix it, they charged another $181 plus extra for the part. It’s not our fault they didn’t have the part. Now they charged us double to come. Our freezer is still not working. Never using them again
