The buying experience at PC Richards in Wayne was great from start to finish, thank you Harris and Juan (store manager) for the great customer service experience. My salesman Harris Brown was so very helpful in making my choice of new TV. Harris explained the benefits of the Samsung 55 inch HD, AI, SMART TV. Harris also suggested that I purchase a circuit breaker, Book an appointment for a set up of tv the day it was delivered. He also mentioned the benefits of taking out his service contract on the TV. I purchased the TV on Tuesday evening around 6 PM and the TV was delivered and set up by that Thursday. I was watching my new TV at 4 PM Thursday afternoon. Thanks again, Harris.
