We purchased a (not cheap) mattress in early 2025. 6 months later, the springs completely separated in several spots leaving 6-8in ditches. At this time I called and spoke with Justin, who directed me to call Milton, and I called them for months to no avail. I reached back out to Justin, who claimed he would be in contact with their mattress rep but "They had just got a new rep, and they don't really communicate well." This was 3 weeks ago, I've touched base with Justin on a weekly basis, and I'm met with no helpful solution, no attempt to resolve the issue and quite honestly our last phone call went something like, "I haven't heard from the rep, I have your number when there's an update. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️" The product quality was poor, which I know is out of the hands of the business, and I understand there can be lemons in anything that's manufactured. However, the customer service has been poor, the urgency to resolve the issue has been poor and at this point it's being brushed off. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, and reading reviews online it seems like this is a recurrent issue with the company. I wish I would have done more research before trusting this company with my purchase. How disappointing.

We shopped for a new washing machine around town before visiting EZ where we have purchased before. Jason is so knowledgeable and nice. He helped us get the right machine at a good price with next day delivery. As it happened they were able to deliver to us the same afternoon! Delivery, installation and haul away prices are on a par with the big box stores but they can not compete with EZ's in stock status which is exceptional. EZ is doing business the right way so shop local for a very good experiance.

Old (18 months) washer quit. Justin told us how to get free repair.kudus. But decided to purchase a new washer. Took it home and it was malfunctioning. Talked to retailer and offered to buy a higher quality washer but was told I couldn’t return a 2 hr old washer. I did get warranty work but I think something should have been taken care of locally.

Went to the big stores first, which was a mistake. They have to order appliances as they don't stock anything anymore, just have floor model displays. So I went over to the EZ TV & Appliance store and met some very attentive and professional people. They sold me the Whirlpool Range that I liked, and delivered it the same day, installed it, and even put the proper plug chord on it. Honest, and pleasant, and VERY competitive to the prices at the big stores. I highly recommend buying there, not just because they are local, but they have what you want for the right price!
