We purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher on April 29, 2026. It was delivered, installed and my old one hauled off the next day. Dave was great during the sale and Ryan did an exceptional job of the installation. I will recommend them to family and friends and will definitely shop again at Dependable Maytag in Farmington, NM. I needed a new dryer. I wanted a scratch and dent one. The extremely nice gentleman I dealt with on Saturday 02/28/2026 was more than helpful and accommodating. He helped me choose what I was needing and looking for. He scheduled delivery for the next Wednesday. The crew that delivered and installed my dryer, not only blocked up and leveled my dryer but blocked up and leveled my washing machine as well. I also got a dishwasher from them previously and they installed it. I will keep going back to them. They are nice, helpful and efficient! Kudos to you! 😃

Dependable Maytag is still the best place in town to buy appliances of any kind. They stand by their warranties and service everything they sell. Other box stores have to call someone else, and they often don't provide service in a timely manner, and there is a lot of paperwork. The Maytag staff is very knowledgeable, and most of the time can find parts that others struggle to find. They are very customer oriented, and can often help in ways others won't. An example is if they have a loaner appliance available, depending on the circumstance, they may be able to help. One stop shop from purchase, delivery, install, warranty or repair. If they don't have it, they can get it! It's the only place I go for my appliance needs.
