I was told the door hing could be switched to the other side. That was a lie. Now I have to reach over the door to load laundry. The delivery guys were quick and efficient, I wish the sales staff had been honest Tried to register the warrantee. It is not eligible for factory warrantee. I will be returning it

We thought we got a good deal on a scratch and dent freezer and maybe we did , but not so sure after all the aggravation. The freezer was loaded into our vehicle by the owner himself, and another associate. We received a call from Ryan that they had loaded the wrong freezer, and that we needed to bring it back. I told them they could come get this one and bring the other one to us. Was told by Ryan that they would have to charge a delivery fee. Told him we will bring it back but to just refund the card. Ryan stated that there was a restocking fee of about 50 dollars. We took the wrong one back and they loaded the " correct one " First and last time they got my business.

They are the nicest people,Travis delivered our Refrigerator about 5:30and did not leave /,he worked so hard as our doors are not big enough to get anything in with taking everything apart & Travis took everything off to get old Refrigerator out & new one in.He was amazing he just kept working as our old Refrigerator went out,I can't Thank him enough you don't meet or have many companies that will go the extra mile like Travis did.So if you need any Appliances give them a chance.I don't think you will be sorry oh plus I saved alot of extra money buying from ROSWELL APPLIANCE OUTLET Sharon Lamb
