We just signed our appliance package with Plesser’s, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Plesser’s, and specifically our salesperson Meghan, did several things far better than any of the other appliance dealers we contacted. They met—or even beat—prices on some challenging-to-source appliances and provided very competitive pricing on the entire package. They were the only company who figured out how to order our custom Capital range in the special RAL 9005 matte black finish when others couldn't. Throughout the process, Meghan was exceptionally responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my many questions about warranties, delivery to our rural California address, and other details. Large appliance purchases can be stressful, especially for a custom kitchen remodel, but Plesser’s made the process straightforward. We genuinely appreciate Plesser’s professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, and we're looking forward to receiving our appliances.

My husband and I have been coming to Plesser's since 2020. Its always a pleasure coming to a store that isn't just trying to sell you something. We came in looking for Adam and he wasn't in today. We spoke with Gerard and told him what we had in mind. He walked us through the showroom to show us the different options and then we came over to his work station so he can give us some options the store carries based of what we liked. He took the time to explain the different refrigerators we selected, from Thermador, Kitchen Aid and GE. We selected one and as we was not fully confident he took the time to show us more options. We took one more stroll around the store and that's when we found the LG which was a complete different style. Gerard was patient, friendly and best part was we came in with our two toddlers and he was so understanding to give us extra time to let the kids settle down. He offered us water and a toy for each kid. Plesser's is def the place to come buy all your home accessories and never lets you down.

I am so pleased with my Plesser's experience! Eric, my salesman, was very helpful and easy to work with. The refrigerator I ordered was in stock and delivered within the week. The installation was seamless, from schedule alert thru crew arrival. Installers were professional, polite, neat and did a great job. They have won me over as a dedicated Plesser's shopper!

The sales process was amazing. Eugene made it super easy to purchase. Pricing was fair. And he got us scheduled for delivery super quick which was great for a family of 4 with no working machines. But we’re pretty disappointed with the delivery and installation process. The guys left all the trash on the curb (it was a Friday so garbage wouldn’t come until Tuesday and we’d get ticketed for having it out that long). Then the washer has a big gash in the front. I’m wondering if he cut it while cutting open the box or installing. The stacking hardware is also all scuffed up, this obviously doesn’t matter that much but just shows they are a bit rough when installing. I also feel as though he could’ve cut the venting to be a little shorter. He has a lot of it feeding in the back and when they pushed the machine back, he totally smashed it up. We pulled the machines out a bit to give it room and that’s when we noticed. Shame on us for not inspecting. And shame on us for tipping the guys as soon as they arrived instead of waiting to see how they did. Since this was a Friday, I sent Eugene an email on Sunday with pictures. I was hoping for some money back because of the scratch and I wanted someone to come out and fix the install. We’re worried the vent is a fire hazard or can cause a carbon monoxide problem so we haven’t been using. However, Eugene did not acknowledge my email. I had to follow up with a phone call 2 days later. When I called him, he told me he forwarded my Info to customer service and they should’ve called. They did not. He put me on the line to them. I listened to hold music for 15 minutes and he got me back on the phone to ask if I spoke to anyone. I did not. He called them himself and said they’d call me within the hour. They did not. I called at the end of the day and was told that Dan was handling my case and he’d reach out. Hours later, I received an email asking for a picture of the serial number on our scratched washer. I provided it and said what about fixing the vent on the dryer? No word. A day later, I left 2 voicemails with Dan and 1 with Eugene. No call back. No update. Ofcourse because they got their money. Not only did I pay for the machines but I paid $299.99 for installation plus I had to buy new hoses and venting despite all our stuff in the house being brand new. Eugene said it was for insurance purposes, that it would be a liability if they did not replace but I think the liability is the install. I am okay with waiting about money back, but I’ve been waiting longer to have someone perform a quick fix than I waited for initial delivery and installation. And the fact that no one has updated me is frustrating.

Prior to ordering a Weber Stainless Summit Grill Center in May from Plessser’s I was pleased to hear of their 100-year history selling appliances. Unfortunately, that isn’t worth much since our experience included not one but two damaged grills at delivery and lack of follow-up by sales and customer service that we engaged Amex to dispute the $4k worth of charges. The final straw was their third party delivery carrier damaging our newly paved asphalt driveway. So two months later I’m still without a grill and left cleaning up the damage at my home. There appears to be zero quality control and a real lack of staffing within sales or customer service. We were left guessing about our delivery date that was missed by nearly two weeks. Look elsewhere or you will be disappointed.
