Seneca River Trading has saved me thousands of dollars in not having to purchase a new dryer and saved us hundreds by having the part for us to replace instead of calling someone to come fix it! The people are so nice, friendly and helpful. Our heating element went on the dryer and for under $40 my son and I were able to fix it.

Thanks all! This is my second clothes dryer element from here - last one was 4 years ago and also a good in-person transaction. Nick checked all the other thermostats and sensors while I was in there and mentioned that there was another part (only $2) that I didn't bring in but could cause issues as well. Not really trying to upsell you if it's just $2 - that's just helpful. Popped everything back together when I got home and it works great! I can afford a heating element and a short drive more easily than a new dryer! P.S. I also locked my keys in my car while I was there and Mike assisted me in my method of retrieving them - much appreciated!! Hope I got the names right. Nice to have a spot nearby to pick up parts to keep old machines running. My husband and I use you for everything we can!

Our oven stopped working so I researched the possible reason and determined what part was needed. I found the part on Seneca River Trading website, called to confirm that it was in stock. They pulled the part and had it waiting for me at the front counter. Within several hours, my oven was back up and running. The people at Seneca River Trading were knowledgeable, quick and friendly.
