Jay R very attentive as we came to his section and very quickly helped us find the tempurpedic pillows and was very kind and personable ! got two neck pillows

Aaron at the Bayshore location was such an amazing, kind, experienced, professional and exceptional salesman from when I called before going to the store to when I walked in the door. I had a store credit to pick out a new washing machine. I knew I wanted a Speed Queen and Aaron respected my already solid decision. When we decided on the washer and came time for us to pay the difference since it was higher than our store credit. I asked Aaron if he would be receiving credit/commission on the sale even though it was a store credit. Surprisingly, he said no. Even though we paid over $600 to cover what the store credit didn’t, he does not recieve anything off this sale. I think he should, but I don’t make those decisions. My point is , he provided me with excellent customer service even though he was not making a penny off the sale and that speaks volumes to me. Please go to Bayshore P.C Richards and sons and ask for AARON. He’s the one you want to help you pick out whatever you’re looking for. THANK YOU Aaron 💕

Aaron, was amazing, he had patience, he was happy to help me, explain in full details all the six different products, treated me with respect, and most of all had an enormous amount of patience.
