Do yourself a favor and ask for Chris Mondello when shopping here! Chris has been helping me, my family and friends for years. He’s always incredibly helpful, has tons of knowledge of everything in store and is just so pleasant to deal with. I prefer to stop in the store but he can also do everything over the phone which has come in handy when an appliance dies at the wrong time. I wish every store I shopped in had a Chris to assist me.

Rob at PC Richard & Son in Bellmore was absolutely outstanding. I went in today looking to purchase a new Friedrich 15,000 BTU in-wall air conditioner and originally had a completely different idea in mind, but Rob really took the time to point me in the right direction and explain the differences, quality, and overall value. I’ve been using this PC Richard location for almost 20 years to furnish my home with appliances and electronics, and Rob has been there for what feels like just as long. He’s someone I trust because he’s knowledgeable, honest, professional, and never pushy. Rob helped me secure a great deal, made sure I was getting a quality air conditioner that fit my needs, and was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process that I ended up purchasing additional items as well. He was polite, patient, and clearly cared about making sure I left happy with the right products. Really great experience from start to finish. If you visit the Bellmore PC Richard & Son, definitely ask for Rob. Highly recommended.

Just purchased a Landry washer from Chris Mondello. He also sold us a dishwasher several years ago. So glad he was still there when our laundry machine stopped working. Both experiences with Chris were such a pleasure. Once you give him a price range, he only shows you models in that range and even shows you more affordable options. He went out of his way to make sure the washer would fit into our tight spot. I will always ask for him. Great store. Great experience.
