Had a small issue to resolve on a brand new Lofra range. The entire EuroChef crew were outstanding. From sending a needed part to walking through the problem to resolution! Thank you Eurochef and would definitely buy a product represented by them.

Pretty terrible customer service. Had out Verona stove for about 3 months before it started to throw an error code. Did everything they said and had the electrician come back. Nothing worked and they stopped responding. Fast forward 10 months and they ask the same questions and I send them everything they need. Been almost 4 weeks without any kind of reply. Call in and they just want to push you some guy named Steve that doesn’t get back to you. Pretty disappointed in the whole deal. Pretty expensive oven to not be able to use the cooktop.
