I ordered an A/C online because while you are searching for it online the website at PC Richards recommend to buy it online and all you have to do is just pick it up at the store. But when you go to pick up some of the sale associates don't want to help you, I don't know if it is because they don't make commission on it or what. But they pretend like they are busy and they tell you to ask somebody else. One of the sale associates tell me "I don't know why you order online if when you come here we have to redo everything all over again like when you just walking into store." I know this is not true. Thank God I found Mariano he was very cordial, knowledgeable and willing to help. That makes feels like I didn't waste my time online, like that sale associate told me. Mariano you make PC Richards a better place to shop. Thanks
