There was a mix up with my order and the LP gas conversion was not made on my new stove upon delivery and they could not make the conversion on site, so the stove had to go back. Called and spoke with the manager and he made it right and got me my new stove before Christmas. The delivery guys who came out the second time were great, made sure there were no gas smells, all connections were tight, stove was working and well leveled. Thank you!

Marcellas is an excellent appliance store. They are very responsive when you have a question or issue. I got had a service call with Dave, who did a great job fixing a problem with my dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He fully explained what happened and what needed to done to address the issue. I would highly recommend Dave and Marcellas.
