I called Don's on a Monday morning after my dryer broke over the weekend. John got back to me in less than an hour and diagnosed my problem over the phone. He said he thought we would need a replacement kit (on no... did this mean no dryer for an extended period of time?! I have three kids who play sports, that would be a disaster). WELL. John went out and got the replacement kit THAT DAY, and was at my house that afternoon. He fixed the dryer on the spot. He was so professional and knowledgeable. There aren't enough stars for me to give; he totally saved us. I can't recommend this business enough.

I have used Don's Appliance Service several times to fix issues with all sorts of appliances. John is always responsive, courteous, and does great work for a fair price. He's fixed a refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, and dishwasher for me over the years. He's the only person I call.

John, Don's son called me back promptly and made an appointment for that day. Looked at my problem and correctly ins[an[)y! John ordered the part and came back later that same day to install the part. Everything works fine and I would highly recommend Don's for any of your appliance repairs needs in the Cohoes and surrounding area.
