I should've bought a new machine vs working with this company! My washing machine had water remaining after each wash. I called the company, who showed up, charged me $800 dollars, and said it was resolved. The next day, the issue remained and the technician returned and rudely said i was incorrect despite showing pictures that it still is broken. The machine still doesn't work, they refuse to return to fix it, and won't refund us. An expensive, frustrating, failed repair!

Orlando was wonderful diagnosing and fixing our oven and diagnosing our fridge (waiting on estimate from you guys). He was thorough and confident and even fun! He answered all of our questions and I’m thrilled to have my oven back in working order! Looking forward to having him back when the fridge part comes. Thanks A-OK!

Jose was great. He fixed the issue with our oven just in time for Thanksgiving. We needed a part which I was able to get from a supplier located a half hour away. Jose was super accommodating, he had another service call to make and asked me to let him know when we got the part. He returned to my home to install it right after his other service call. In short, he bent over backwards to accommodate us. Really amazing. A+++ as far as I am concerned!

Orlando came to repair our washing machine in our residential building over a month ago. In the process of repairing the broken part, he accidentally broke the door. He promised us that he wouldn’t charge us for the repair (note: we paid for the new part) he did since the door broke in the process. After over a month of not hearing from them, we were finally told that the cost of the new part that was broken because of them and the prior labor costs are on us. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Our tenants have been without a washing/ dryer machine for over a month because of their doing. I do not recommend this company at all. Complete scam.
