If you are in need of any home appliance Capuano is the place to go. Charlie is a veritable encyclopedia of appliance information, the sales team is wonderful and Tim that runs the warehouse is amazing. I highly recommend them for any appliance purchase.

Tony and Charlie at Capuano Appliances, are not only very helpful but super knowledgeable; especially when it came time to answering which manufacturer has a reputable and responsive service department should anything happen to our appliances. Charlie put together a great package for me, a first time home buyer with shallow pockets (I even got my washer and dryer from them too!). Delivery went well. My GE appliances are now approaching 6 years old, and I'm still extremely happy. I recommend Capuano Appliances to anyone who will listen.

If this company also do the home delivers then they get 0 stars I would give the delivery drivers negative stars. I was told I would get an hour notice before they delivery . When I received the called, I was told they would be at my place in 15 minutes. I worked 30 minutes anyway, so they had to wait. They left a mess. All the packaging material from the unit was o the floor. Lastly, they stole 2 bottles of water I had left in my hallway stairs. Not knowing this, I had given the installer 3 cold bottles of water already. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
