I cannot say enough great things about Danny Morales at P.C. Richard & Son in Greenvale! When our air conditioner unexpectedly broke, we were extremely concerned, especially with the upcoming heat wave. Everywhere we called told us it would be at least four days before they could deliver a replacement. Needless to say, we were stressed and looking for any possible solution. Danny went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to listen to our situation, patiently explored every available option, and worked tirelessly to find a way for us to get our new AC the very same day. His professionalism, dedication, and outstanding customer service truly made all the difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Danny does. Thanks to his hard work and determination, we’re now prepared for the heat wave and can stay comfortable in our home. Thank you, Danny, for your patience, kindness, and for working your magic! P.C. Robert Levy is absolutely the nicest person and best salesperson here. I came to PC Richard & Son unsure of what appliance set to get, I kept changing my mind, and he was endlessly kind, patient, and the best and sweetest person ever. He was helpful and patient despite me being there for 3 hours changing my mind constantly about the appliance set I wanted. I would highly recommend this store, and highly recommend Robert Levy as a sales person. He is the nicest/kindest, most patient, most helpful, and amazing person ever!!! He is really unique in that he is patient in helping you find what you need, and helpful until the point you get your appliances. He is very trustworthy; and helpful, patient, and kind! 🩷 I would HIGHLY recommend HIM & this store for their very helpful service. He was indispensable in his helpfulness!!!

He has helped me on multiple occasions when purchasing items like my AC, TV, PlayStation, and other electronics, and every time his service has been outstanding. Cecilio is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you need. He takes the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you’re comfortable with your purchase—never rushing or pushing anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and reliable in customer service. Because of him, I keep coming back to this location and confidently recommend it to friends and family. I have been a PC Richard and Son's customer for over 20 years. They are my go to store for all my indoor and outdoor door appliances. They know their products and they are very knowledgeable and patient with their clients. Always taking the time to make sure whatever you are purchasing will absolutely be the right choice. Rob Levy is one of the people who gives you that kind of support and knowledge and his Manager Cecilio is always very helpful and supportive. Great store and great people working there. Priceless!
