I bought a 55 inch Samsung S90F two days ago and picked up yesterday. The employee made sure the television's screen wasn't cracked and that it was working properly so I wouldn't have to bring it back. Service, as always, is an A+, something other stores struggle with. I love buying my appliances at PC Richard & Sons. A+

The customer service at this store exceeded my experience beyond compare to all other appliance stores I visited for several reasons. I spoke with Francis over the phone and he was very helpful, polite, and quick to answer all my questions. Arriving at the store, I was greeted by Phil Massaro (store manager) who introduced me to Warren Teich, a salesman who actually knows a lot about appliances after almost 40 years of experience in the business. Both Phil and Warren were knowledgable and not “just looking to make a sale.” I did not hesitate to purchase my new Speed Queen Washing machine from them this evening and I would definitely recommend friends and family to shop at this store in the future! I hope to follow up with a review of the new machine once it is installed.

I had a great experience thanks to Francis at P.C. Richard’s. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale.
