Berger is one of those places that makes it great to live in Mt. Pleasant. The store looks small from the outside but they have EVERYTHING you need and more. The staff is phenomenal and are always asking if you need help with anything. The store is well organized and the prices are more than fair. I'm a big fan of shopping local as opposed to going to the big box stores. If you have the need, make Bergers your first stop !

The staff was welcoming and approached us immediately. One lady asked how she could help. After hearing our problem, she took time to bring us to the person who could help. The person, I think Chris (the owner) is his name,accompanied us to our car and looked at our snow blower to help fix the problem. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes and did not charge us. We were so thankful that my wife and I decided to buy some products there. The way the staff treated us made us feel welcomed, understood, and valued. Though we may be 32 miles away from their store, I will be willing in the future, to return there for service I need. Great Job!!!!!

The experience at Ace Berger Hardware is always a pleasurable one! The employees are knowledgeable and happy to help. The store has pretty much anything you need. If they don’t have it, they order it and you can get it in less than a few days. Couldn’t be happier with the store.
