Had Leo from Hudson Valley come to repair my stackable LG washer and dryer first Tech from different company diagnosis was completely wrong, Leo came and first try fixed the problem could not be happier

I understand there are many less than stellar reviews for the Hudson Valley Appliance Repair shop, however, I have nothing but positive things to say about the shop and the technician (Leo). I had a LG glass top range repaired by the shop under Lowe's extended warranty plan. The person who responded to my call was very understanding and courteous. The technician was on-time and very efficient.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. They supposedly did an inspection to my dishwasher and said I had a rat infestation which is a COMPLETE LIE there were no pictures taken, no diagnosis of the issue and they sent this to LG and now LG doesnt want to cover the repairs. They dont pick up the phone and show no responsibility for their actions. They are SCAMMERS PLEASE BEWARE.
