I’ve been a customer of Ackerman”s for decades. Fortunately, it’s infrequent that I need service for my cooktop, but when I do they solve the problem. My cooktop was repaired but still not working properly. I called for further assistance and Caroline ( matriarch) was a delightful beginning phone call of my solution. Luke ( son) assured me the issue would be fixed and two competent and thorough guys came and fixed my 20 year old Wolf 6 burner . Thank you for your small family business. Much appreciated.

I can't recommend this business highly enough. I called them about an issue I was having with my 20 year old Viking gas cooktop. I had another repair service out to look at it and was told that because of it's age, there was no parts available and to learn to live with the problem or replace the unit. Not content with this, I called Ackerman's because I had purchased to unit from them many, many years ago. The service men came out and not only diagnosed the problem, but had it fixed by the time they left. Made my day, hell, made my whole week. I am too pleased for words.

I have used Ackerman’s Appliance for at least 10 years and have always found them to be excellent. Their customer service, including repairs, has only got better over the years when the norm is for customer service to go by the wayside. I wholeheartedly recommend this family business that has been in Hudson for over 40 years.
