I needed a new mattress desperately because the one that I have is 8 years old and is now hurting my back. I was supposed to have a 10 year warranty on the mattress but Sealy was not granting me the warranty because they said there was a tear in the mattress and that is not covered. Any little thing to not do right by the customer. Well thank goodness for Anthony at P.C. Richard’s in Levittown. He was so helpful when I went in and explained about my warranty issue. He said let’s find you a new mattress and I will see what I can do. He showed me the difference between the mattresses as I was testing them out. I finally picked the Tempur-pedic mattress, which was the most comfortable for my back. Anthony and his manager Joanie really turned my day around with their customer service and going above and beyond to get me a reduced price for the new mattress due to for my warranty issue with Sealy. I can’t wait to sleep on my new Tempur-pedic mattress thanks to Anthony and Joanie!

I purchased a high end washing machine with a pedestal. They never told me that you needed a 220 outlet when I purchased it. The delivery service when they took my old machine threw the old hose on my floor and water went all over the place and they did not clean it up. They also did not take the box that the machine came in with them. I went back to the store to get a refund and to purchase another machine which cost more money. I spoke to the sales associate about the delivery service and they told me they were supposed to take the garbage with them. When they delivered the new machine the store wrote the order incorrectly because they need an installation truck so they left the new machine with the pedestal on my carport and told me I have to wait for the installation truck. They also double downed on they do not take the empty box. I told them what the store said and they told me they were wrong. They did take that box I can only guess they realized I was going to call the store. I have purchased things from this store for years and never had an issue. I have no idea what has happened to them but I will never deal with them again. Update: My delivery was at 7 am. It is now 3pm and they have yet to come back to my house to install the washing machine that has been sitting outside since then. Both corporate and the store manager were annoyed that I even called them about this. I will never purchase anything from them again

I ordered 2 ACs online. Received an email when they were ready and picked them up. As soon as I walked in the store I was acknowledged by an associate who pulled my order from the barcode on the email. His name was Bradley and he was quick and efficient. He called stock to bring the ACs out, they loaded them in my trunk and I was done. The entire thing took 15 minutes tops. Quick and easy and they have competitive prices for ACs this time of year.

Super nice store! I was attended to within 3 minutes of walking through the doors. My salesman Anthony was excellent. We searched through several different model AC's online and settled on one at a great price. Very helpful fellow and I appreciate that. The transaction was quick, efficient and painless. Good store. I have bought many, many appliances from PC's throughout the years and have been happy with this location. Recommended.

Brad was extremely knowledgeable about all the washer and dryer options and took the time to explain everything clearly without being pushy. He was friendly, patient, and really listened to what we needed. Thanks to his efficiency and expertise, we were able to choose and purchase the perfect washer and dryer in under an hour. The whole experience felt smooth and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend working with Brad if you want someone who is helpful, honest, and truly knows their stuff!
