The lady on telephone was very rude as if the company is doing charity work and not a paid professional repair . Do not know the name but approached the company at 10.10 AM on May 09. Disappointed.

This is the absolute WORST company I've ever had to encounter and they should be out of business!! They are VERY unorganized the workers are incompetent. They sent out a tech to fix an appliance for a brand that he couldn't even service. On top of the constant run around and different info given each time I called. Thee absolute worst I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. If I had the option to post this and give you 0 stars I would've, so take this 1 star that you don't even deserve.
