I have nothing but great things to say. Martin helped us find the perfect oven he was patient, knowledgeable and friendly! The whole process was so smooth. The delivery team was also incredible. Professional from start to finish, so kind and also knowledgeable. They made sure I understood all the features of my new oven. I was very impressed with each step. I will absolutely only be getting appliances from Micheals from here on out.

We had our refrigerator delivered today. The delivery men were on time and they were extremely professional and very nice. They took out the old refrigerator and brought in the new one assembled it as required and they explained everything to us as they went along. After the installation was completed they went over all the main features for us and we're very informative. I give the highest commendation to these two delivery gentlemen, and to Michaels Appliance Center for great products and great service.

Great experience. Was made very comfortable by staff. Dina who helped me was very knowledgeable and took me step by step through each appliance I purchased (stove, refrigerator, dish washer). Walked away feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase and the level of care, that I will certainly be back for the washer, dryer, oh lets not forget the wine fridge 😉

Recently, my maytag bravos washing machine was shaking violently when in spin cycle. I bought the machine at Michaels 6 years ago. It has a 10 year warranty. I went on Google and I found out this make and model machine has problems with suspension rods. I went to Michael's service center and could not get a repairman for over 3 weeks. When he did show up, he spent less than 5 minutes and did not explain anything to me. I called up service and was told they have to order the rods and gave me price. But did not give me price for labor. I was told they would call me back. They never called me back. I would never recommend Michael's. They are very unprofessional.

I used Michael’s appliance for the first time and loved them. My sales person Martin was very knowledgeable and not pushy on any either making a sale or me choosing an appliance. As far as service goes. In all the deliveries I’ve had in my life. I’ve never met a more courteous or professional group of delivery people in my life. Not only were they very kind and courteous. They were extremely professional, and they made sure that all the appliances worked properly and they made sure the stove was level. I highly recommend Michael’s Appliance Center to anyone looking for a new appliances.
