My personal experience was an awful one . I would not recommend anyone to this store. First they sold me outdated equipment at an extremely high price. I asked for a replacement. One lie after the next about the financial credit Company Snap. Snap told me I have to take the outdated equipment before I can terminate or resolve this issue. $804.00 dollars later and no equipment, ($300)= Deposit to the store ; ( $504.00) = Automatic payments to Snap financial; Another set of financial predators, within the BLACK Community. Beware of them also. Extremely stressful service .

They sold me old music equipments, then lied about the coverage with Snap financial . Now Snap wants me to go back to the store and take back the old equipment , in order to cancel the purchase .The store has the equipment already . Why should I go back to the store for anymore business . They’re both crooks in disguise pretending to be good consumer providers. I wouldn’t recommend going to this store; they’re what you call predators in the BLACK COMMUNITY . Consumer satisfaction is not on their list of priorities for the BLACK CONSUMER. They’re both holding on to my money. The store has my $300.0 dollars and Snap financial $504.00 A grand total of over $804.00 dollars. They are planning on ruining my CREDIT, for my refusal of accepting outdated music equipment.

I had talked to one of the employees at this store on buying headphones and I asked some important/specific/straightforward questions on (Warranty, Sound Quality, Price, etc.), and which one is the best and reliable headphone for my cellphone. He answered my questions without hesistating/a pause and he was straightforward with his answers. And he pointed me out to several of them. And he gave me a decent/fair price. And I got the headphones I wanted. And I walked away a happy man. And I would say to those who are entering this electronics store, ask a lot of straightforward/specific/important questions when buying any electronic product/item in this store.

i bought a power speaker from this establishment, they were very petient to explain to me how to oparete it, they help me load it to the car, price was very compateble and service was extraordinery. very nice and polite and those people knows what they sell very professional. i would defenetly recomend them to my friend and family. THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS..
