I had a great experience shopping at PC Richard & Son in Nanuet. I recently purchased an AC unit, and Matt made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He helped me find the right unit for my needs at a great price. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this store, and if you stop by, definitely ask for Matt!

Im not the most tech savvy person. I needed a new smart TV for my living room. One of the salesmen, i believe his name was Bryant helped me pick out the perfect TV without breaking the bank for me. He was able to explain the different specs and configurations in a simple and understandable way. Very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Bryant was super helpful in helping me select the right air conditioner (I was about to order one that wouldn’t have worked with my wall/sleeve dimensions). He was patient and gave me good options for delivery, installation and haul away. Use this service! They’re great at customer service in a world where customer service is so often outsourced to bots or out of the country.

Just bought an A/C and Pablo and Brian were so helpful! Their whole team stayed to help me figure out the best option for my apartment. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. They took great care of me and even stayed late to make sure that I had the correct measurements.
