Unreliable, barely competent, not trustworthy. I made the mistake of using American Home Shield. This was the only plumber available via AHS. I have had too many miserable and exhausting experiences with both and have since canceled AHS. AVOID at all possible costs!!!

I put in three separate requests through AHS and apparently this is the only plumber they have. All three times Mr Plumber lied to AHS saying I canceled the appointment. After thinking the first time was an error I submitted again..after the third call from AHS asking if I needed the appointment because I canceled I realized that Mr Plumber was lying and saying I was canceling so they didn't have to do the appointment. How unprofessional. But I see from the reviews I dodged a terrible service. I'll take my business to a reputable company and I canceled AHS because any service that includes a vendor this terrible can't be trusted.

Lee and Jim installed all new supply and drain lines to my kitchen. They did an awesome job, were professional and friendly, and the price was very reasonable, job was done in one day. I will absolutely use them again!

My water heater broke after 17 years and a friend referred me to Scott. I am very please with how responsive he was. He was friendly and gave me all the options I could have. Did the job within days, even offered me a small heater for the mean time, very kind. Installation day was great, on time, detailed and communicative throughout the process. Thank you for my new tankless water heater. So happy to have hot water again and for a friendly professional plumber. Will us him again for future projects.

AVOID. Just not a good company unfortunately. I wish them better. No idea who the blame resides with but best to AVOID if you can. Most recent 3 interactions: 1) Fixed pop up drain, simple fix, 1 month later entire drain fell out of bottom of sink causing water damage to ceiling below. 2) Needed to replace kitchen faucet, 10+ calls later and 4 visits, I had to call Delta Faucet myself to get the part but they did finally install that part. 3) Water heater was leaking and needed replacement. Misses install day twice, says hospital reasons, OK. Shows up to install and says they need additional $1,300 out of pocket for "pipe modifications", why wasn't this discussed prior to showing up with the water heater? Even if pipe modifications are needed, $1,300 for an hour's work rerouting pipes a few feet from existing is flat out highway robbery. An experienced plumber can sweat a few pipes in moments. Looking back at this work I could do the repairs myself far faster than working with them as the professionals, including time needed to research due to lack of knowledge. Hopefully the company will improve, not sure what else to say. I will try to work with other companies in the meantime.
