SCAMMERS** READ BEFORE BUYING** If you found them through Facebook please be aware. I bought 2 stoves and 1 fridge from these guys with a SIX MONTH GUARANTEE. One of the guy’s named Marino is who reached out with the post. I live in Queens, and they were able to deliver the same day from the Bronx. One of the stoves came with broken knobs and the oven wasn’t working properly. The fridge wasn’t cooling at all. I asked for new knobs and someone to come look at the stove and he told me I can just buy them on Amazon (which shouldn’t be my responsibility) and he’ll try to send a technician to Queens. This guy STOPS RESPONDING to me or picking up my calls. I had my friend call him and he picked up and provided a store address because he was pretending to be a potential customer. I ended up driving 1 hour and coming to the store and had to pretend I was buying something for the owner to come out. They try to hide because they know people will show up looking for them. The Owner Emelino comes out and I show him the receipt and he pretends he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and that his business associate Marino was the one that did bad business. He ended up sending a technician to fix the stove and fridge after I went there physically to demand what was right. He told me the technician will show up the same day I went there at night… The technician shows up 4 days later. He fixed both appliances. Now the fridge went bad again in 1 week. I kept reaching out and they kept dodging my calls. I went back to the Bronx and they weren’t at the store. I was just too tired to keep doing this back and forth, so I ended up buys another fridge. These people sell BROKEN APPLIANCES and swindle people. Horrible way to do business and mess with people’s hard-earned money

I have to say that the experience has been amazing. I did a shipment with him, and the customer service here in the states, as well as in Dominican Republic was AMAZING! From Nathanael to the gentlemen that came to pick up my boxes to Richard in the Dominican Republic, great service. I will ship with them again! Thank you!
