Extremely Unprofessional and Disorganized Delivery Experience This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional delivery experiences I’ve ever dealt with. At 4:00 PM, I received a call stating that a washer would be delivered that same day and that someone must be home between 6:00–8:00 PM. Based on that instruction, both my husband and I left work early, losing hours of pay to make sure we were available. The delivery never happened. Later, we found out—through the building superintendent, not the company—that the delivery team allegedly couldn’t complete the delivery because they were “missing a piece.” This information was never communicated to me directly. No call. No text. No update. No attempt to reschedule. To make matters worse, the superintendent was never informed by management that a delivery was even scheduled, showing a complete lack of coordination and communication. This company wasted our time, , and showed zero accountability or professionalism.

This review is based on customer service before a sale and attempt at making a purchase. Storefront office confusing with multiple desks shared by other contractors divided by partitioning space. Walked in, immediately saw disorganized showroom and was ignored until we spoke directly to a different vendor (home improvement) who was nice enough to give us a card from the appliance person we needed to see. We were told he was on the phone. Waited about 40 minutes, and within the time called and left a message. Found another appliance shop in neighboring New Milford and placed a moderate sized Speed Queen washer/dryer set. 5 days later, still haven’t received a callback. It’s possibly bias. Two women walk into a Hasidic Jewish establishment.

Amazing amazing staff, service and price. I did not even have to step foot into the store. I ordered my stackable over the phone. They beat everybody with their prices. Their service was phenomenal, I asked a bunch of questions and called a few times to clarify things with them and they were so calm and explained everything!!!! The delivery was on time, swift. I cannot say enough about this place. If you need an appliance go here. Period stop!!!!! Oh and they filed the refund for me as well. Again not enough space to write how awesome and easy they made the experience!!!!! Thank you so so much!!!!!!!
