Ruffalo's Appliance Sales

We were looking to replace three major kitchen appliances last winter. Donna took the time to help us find the right packages, rebates, etc to make the best deal. I comparison shopped Ruffalo to well known national big box stores as well as regional appliance retailers. Ruffalo was at minimum competitive, even beating the prices of a national big box by several hundred dollars. Local service before and after the sale, including some issues getting rebates, is what makes the difference with Ruffalo. I highly recommend giving them the chance to earn your business.

It was finally time to replace our washer and dryer. The washer was 47 years old, we believe. Dryer was younger but was beginning to attack the clothes.. Ruffalo had what we wanted and did the installation quickly. They took the old machines away. AND they came back a couple days later to clean the dryer vent and adjust it for better use. Very much appreciate Donna, who helped in store and the guys who did the installation.

I contacted Ruffalo Appliance about a fused door lock. The machine was holding my husband's work clothes hostage and I needed help. I had already troubleshooted the error codes and such. I called Donna and she was so helpful!!! I told her everything and how I had troubleshooted the issue and she really listened!! We talked thru possibilities, then broke down the costs of repair, labor and parts. Then the cost of an different machine on sale (which was a decent price). Donna was very knowledgeable, straight forward and easy to talk to. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend shopping local here rather than a big box store that deals with generalities. Ruffalo Appliance sales associates were very helpful when we asked questions about two specific model washing machines. This help us choose the right one for us. Very friendly and honest opinions without any pressured sale pitch along with competitive pricing. We are very happy we visited Ruffalo Appliance and will go back again. Regards Maurice
