Huge thank you to the team here! I came in for a washer and left with the knowledge to fix my own. The owner took the time to talk through my issues and showed me the exact solution. You don't find this kind of integrity very often. If you need an appliance or just want to deal with someone you can trust, this is the place to go!

I attempted to trouble shoot an issue with my washing machine myself. Followed the books and got the error codes. Presented my findings to A-1. After discussion and listening to a wealth of experience they broke down the potential causes. Not only did he test my components i brought to him he also gave me new/used components to try before we squared up. Turned out to be a simple fix. These knowledgeable little shops are hard to find now a days. Nowadays these larger companies charge an arm and a leg just to look at something. All you do is try not get ripped off my a tech who is reading from a repair manual and actually has no idea what they are talking about. Highly recommend for your home appliance service and repairs. The conversation alone was worth the time in understanding how the machine actually works. Honesty goes a long way. A++

Russ at A1 was very helpful with our washer repair. He took time to walk us through the process, and was super patient about it. Russ shot straight about the value of repairing rather than replacing, and he even let us take some parts to try. He’s got a ton of experience, but doesn’t try to talk over your head. Jonathan was great too. These guys are really friendly and know their stuff.
