First they told me it was under warranty. tech shows up, changed out the control board. 5 minutes later done. then the tech called to make sure there was no charge. well then they charged me $128 service fee. after the work was all done. for less then 10 minutes of work. in and out in 10 minutes. is that how you conduct business?

Had no problems with staff or tech until I spoke with the owner about boards I had replaced in my range which may have been responsible for further problems. I was told the length of the warranty was 90 days, and I had reported further issues on day 81. The tech offered to come back and diagnose the problem but needed to talk to "Doug" first. I was not complaining or angry, just looking for information. When I called the second time, Doug answered but did not identify himself. He became very belligerent and blamed me for calling too late in the day (4:15 PM). He said everyone had left for the day. Because he did not identify himself, I did not know that I was speaking to the very person who had all the information I needed. All the people I interacted with were great, except for the owner!
