My sister was in need of a dryer. Contacted Thompson’s and everything was smooth sailing. Holly was very nice, extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Got us in for delivery within 48 hours. The two young men who arrived with our delivery were hard working, professional, patient and very polite. They went above and beyond to get the dryer delivered safely and installation completed. All with a friendly smile and great attitude. Thank you Thompson’s Appliance and Furniture. We are happy costumers!

I just read some of these reviews and I could not relate at all! Comparing Marty’s appliances with Lowe’s appliances, complaining in length when you bought a scratch and dent? Wow! Business folks don’t set up business in a small town for 35+ years to rip people off! Totally unreasonable! With that said, I found his prices extremely reasonable compared to other “non-box store” prices, knowledge and service were excellent! I hope others take these reviews with a grain of salt!!

I previously owned a GE stove, until the board and safety valve went bad just before Christmas. We were making cookies. What a bummer. My appliance no longer carried a warranty. My one and only shopping trip was to Thompson Appliance in Oneida, NY. I chose a stove over their computer because I didn't want anything they had in stock. Three days later it was delivered and installed free of charge. They converted it to propane and also took my old stove. I have purchased many products from Thompson Appliance and have always been very satisfied with the product, support from Marty and delivery. I would never consider purchasing products from a big box store. Thank you to everyone at Thompson Appliance and happy holidays!
