Steve, the store manager, was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. My family and I recently moved and needed to buy pretty much everything brand new for our new place. We originally stopped in just looking for a TV, but Tim went above and beyond helping us with everything we needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us every step of the way and recommending additional items that ended up being so useful for our home.
