My husband and I have been coming to see Ali at PC Richard in Plainview for many years, originally referred by my father in law who has also been a longtime customer. Ali possesses a wealth of knowledge about many brands and is able to answer any question you have about the various options. He makes the research and purchasing process easy and informative. He is also a very kind man and always remembers personal details every time we come in. Just recently, I bought a refrigerator from PC Richards and it was a Midea 3 door. I loved the look and it matched my dishwasher! After it was delivered, I signed that all was good to go BUT after an hour, in a different light, I saw two very tiny scratches. The salesman Allie, along with the Sales Manager, Sonny, asked me to take a photo and bring it in. Upon seeing it, they immediately checked for a replacement even though they were aware that I had signed the refrigerator was fine. No hassle at all and they will take care of replacing the bottom refrigerator door. Great people to work with if you are in the market for appliances!
