I needed any replacement element for my GE stove top. Google said wilsons, lowes, walmart in that order. I go to wilsons and got nothing other than the parts guy talking about how old my stove is and that they wont be able to help me. I go to lowes and there was exactly what i was looking for. boxes and boxes of generic burners that work with almost ANY brand of stovetop. I gave 3 stars because of how friendly the woman behind the counter was. Would have been 1 star if i only talked to the parts guy.

I ordered a whirlpool washer on website. I had been discontinued. Then I was offered a Maytag for the same price as the Whirlpool and was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. I called and emailed that morning to make sure I did not get a reply. My husband stayed home all day waiting. He was supposed to go take care of his mother as well. I called Jamie and she said no one told her anything. She and another person delivered it on the 21st at 5:20 . I now have a very noisy Amana Washer. Will not recommend to anyone.

Right before Christmas my oven died. I called Wilson's and jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a new oven same day. Low and behold that oven died 4 days later (can't make this stuff up). I called Jamie and she worked her magic, new oven getting delivered at no cost to me due to bad oven i just bought. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for knowledge and customer service!
