We recently needed a new propane range and, having identified the exact brand we wanted, stopped by Albano Appliance. First off, they have a really nice showroom and the team there is much more professional than what you might expect compared to your average appliance retailer. (When you're about to spend a small fortune on a new appliance, it's reasonable to expect good service, and Albano did not disappoint in the least.) The ETA they provided for the delivery was spot on and their install team did a clean, thorough job. After a minor operating issue arose with our new range, I learned that they have a dedicated customer care team that did a fantastic job helping to facilitate a service call (which identified an issue with the pressure from our propane tank rather than an issue with the range) so I would highly recommend Albano Appliance without hesitation.

I explained my situation and needs. The salesperson spent 15 minutes showing me the different models and explaining the pros and cons. I ended up purchasing a Wolf dual fuel range and a Best hood. I went home a gave him the model numbers of my old Viking range and Best hood. The next day the owner, the salesperson and the installer came out to see if the items I ordered would fit. They identified the breakers that controlled the items, the measured the dimensions and identified the electrical and connections. A few week latter then installed all the items with care and precision and cleaned up the area. Since, these high priced items are MSRP pricing one should always go to a small specialized business like Albano's to purchase their appliances.
