He was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with my purchase and truly appreciate all of his help. Highly recommend asking for Ray! I had a great experience at P.C. Richard & Son in Riverhead. Joe was my salesperson and answered my questions thoroughly, and when things became more technical, he brought in the manager Rich to make sure I got accurate information rather than just a sales pitch. What I appreciate most is that there’s never a hard sell. Despite being a large company, the service feels personal and approachable — almost like dealing with a small local business in the best way. That’s why I continue to make my purchases there. Highly recommend.

The Riverhead store has such professional members working for them They are very welcoming and courteous. The salesman always go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Super polite And super friendly as well ver y knowledgeable. If they are not sure of a price or specifics on a product they will find a co worker who does know. They seem to work very well Together and don’t mind lending each other a hand. When needed. I would recommend the Riverhead location They have a huge variety of items and you cannot beat their warranties and fair prices. Well worth the trip So happy with my purchase and will be back soon for more items!!
