L & M Appliance Service

I called this company because my dryer was acting up AND they're local. I was very impressed with the service I received as well as the reasonable price. UPDATE: My fridge acted up over the weekend and L&M came through again! I left voicemail and text on Sunday and I got a call back. Their serviceman is here now and has diagnosed and fixing the problem. Im so happy! ☺️ I highly recommend this business.

My dryer was acting funny, it needed repair. Looking for the right person I found L&M in this site and reading the positive reviews I decided to give him a call. On the phone, Mark was familiar with my machine and what the problem probably was, which gave me a lot of confidence, but he needed to see it. He came the next day at exactly the time we agreed, he diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. I had to make a choice because the machine was old and had a few other minor things that needed to be changed. I prefer something mechanically simple that does the work, without computerized systems that add more parts that can fail, so I decided to fix it. Mark was very supportive of my decision, came back a few days after with the replacement parts and fixed everything. My dryer looks and works as did......many, many years ago. I am very happy with it. I can highly recommend Mark, he is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitively be calling him next time when an appliance fails in my house. Hold it Mark, I just hope is not that soon.

Dryer repair: On Sunday I was referred to Mark at L&M buy a friend. I called and left a message for him. He called me on Monday and I had an appointment for Tuesday. Mark was on time and fixed our drier. Now in all fairness I wasn't calling him to come over and give me an estimate for what it would cost to repair it. I knew he would give me a fair price. We couldn't be happier.

Marc from L & M was a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish a true professional in every sense. He returned my call very quickly, an appointment was set up to diagnose my oven and within 2 days a brand new oven was delivered and installed seamlessly might I add, all in a holiday week. I highly recommend Marc and would not look elsewhere for any appliance repair or replacement. He is also one of the neatest/cleanest contractors I have ever had in my house.

WOW I called L&M at 2:10 pm and received a return call at 2:30 pm. Mark arrived at my house and fixed the problem which was my error. He showed me the correct way so I would not have the problem and then told me to have a nice day. I have dealt with Mark for over 25 years and he is the best. He is reliable and always gives me the best service. I recommend him to all my friends. Thanks again Mark !! Chris H
