Does what’s appears thus far quality work… however there is some serious integrity issues with Jimmy following through with his word. Be prepared to have a back up service when he decides to ghost and blow you off before the job is done. Buyer beware the saying goes. Should have read the prior Google reviews as there appears to be a clear and consistent pattern with the way he runs his business.

This business honestly deserves negative stars. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT let these people touch your appliances. They will break them further. They tried “fixing” my Fulgor Milano oven and ended up deforming my rack and scratching up the inside of my door in the process. The technician who came out was extremely rude and had no clue was he was doing. It took 3 weeks to get the parts, and in the end, they weren’t even the right parts as they didn’t even know what was broken! They nonchalantly kept saying it may take like 4 months to fix my oven! They were ordering random parts just to see what works. I called and complained multiple times and was told that the manager would come out to reassess. Manager never came and even worse, no one ever called to apologize for damaging my oven! It’s been weeks. I got another provider to come out and they diagnosed the issue right away. The new technician actually had to move around the knobs as Jimmys assembled my oven back wrong. The lady that answers the phone always just says “I don’t know” to any question. Absolutely disgusting service. These people should be out of business. Just do yourself a favor and go with another company. You have been warned!

Jimmy's was recommended by Bosch for my new washer and dryer. I am happy with their service. Mohammad was our technician and he is very professional, courteous and KNOWS what he is doing. Kim coordinated our appointment, I needed a one hour lead time and she was very helpful. She let me know in advance when he was coming which is difficult because they have other clients. He also called to give me 20-30 minutes notice. Mohammad came in and looked at the units and took the time to check out what issues there were. I appreciate him taking his time to explain everything to me. I would recommend working with Jimmy's.

Great service!!! They called before arriving and came actually earlier than promised. Mohammed the rep was familiar with my Samsung machine and instantly identified what the issue was and went right to work. He wore a ask from the whole time he was in my home and bam that masked man was done. Thanks Jimmy's and Mohammed👍🏾
