I do property management and ordered two refrigerators paid in full on a Wednesday was told they going to set up delivery for tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went no call. I text them and they apologize and offered $50 off next delivery stated their driver has heat stroke and they will have someone delivered Monday morning . Monday came and went no call. I text message and so did the owner no response we ask for a refund. We both call as well as the tenants for their refrigerators no refrigerator. We are taking the matter to court now.

Terrible. Delivered broken appliances. Showed up in an SUV that couldn't even fit appliances. Handled the appliances horribly. Said there was a 30-day guarantee on the appliances. After using the appliance one time realized it did not work and reached out to replace and have not responded. Days past of them forwarding my phone calls to voicemail and opening texts showing "read". Avoid this company at all costs. I should have done more research before using them but hopefully this helps others not fall prey to this fraudulent business. All the 1-star reviews speak for themselves

appliance king is here just to take your money I paid for a refrigerator. They brought me a refrigerator, dirty with mold didn’t even bother to clean it before they brought it over, broken ben handles and when I called them back, I got no reply. No answer the worst service ever. I don’t recommend these guys to anyone do not buy from these guys. before all of this, I asked them how new was the refrigerator he told me fairly new. The refrigerator is from 08 so they lied just to get the money out of you.

UPDATE ON REVIEW: He brought me out another dryer after I was finally able to reach him. He had a younger guy with him and the dryer got banged up as they were bringing it in. They plugged it in and it made a horrible noise, the noise stopped after they adjusted it. I put some clothes in it and it ran for 30 seconds then the noise came back so loud my kids came from the second floor to the basement to see if I was ok. I called him immediately and said at this point I would like my money back. He told me to come to his shop in the morning, and did give me a full refund, including the delivery fee which I was not expecting. All in all he did try and make it right I just did not want to go through with trying it a third time. I bought a dryer yesterday, the damn thing does not work and had a burning smell coming from the cord. I called him around 10:15 pm and was able to leave a message expecting a call back. I had not received a call by 10 am so I tried calling him and I feel like he blocked my number because it goes to voice mail. No ring nothing. I will be going down there with the police, and reporting to every agency I can

Thieves Horrible!!!!!!!! gave them $450 for a washer and dryer. Price included shipping. Was told they would hold it for up to 60 days as was in process of buying a house. Went to get it delivered. Can't deliver what they resold to someone else. Have been avoiding me hangs up on me when I call won't refund my money. Some scam. It wasn't me it was my partner. Both say the same thing. Rip offs!!!!!!! Nice to know they are cool enough to rip off even a disabled person. would like to change the comment. If they would contact me about giving me a refund I would be able to. I shouldn't have to keep hearing excuses about it was this business partner or that partner both were present at time of purchase.
