Do not buy from this place they sell trash lie about what is covered then take money on the fridge insurance take things apart and then leave it unfinished and apart then tell the insurance after getting paid they cant fix it

I needed a new ventless dryer because our Samsung quit heating after many years of use. I saw an ad on Facebook for a new smart Samsung dryer the same size as my old one. The current model was on Home Depot's website for $1200.00. Rayon was selling the same exact model for half that with the same warranty. When I got to the store the employees were polite and answered all my questions. The only dent was in the back top corner which I would not even see once installed. All the new holding tape pieces were still in place. I purchased the dryer and two workers plastic wrapped and loaded it into the bed of my truck with ease at their loading dock. I have been using it for two weeks now with no issues and it works well. I'm very happy with my purchase.

All the guys there were super friendly and helpful, not pushing any products on us but genuinely trying to learn our needs and help us figure out what would work best for us. I absolutely would recommend them and will be returning with any future appliance needs!

We picked up at the New Hartford location and the whole experience was fantastic! Great stuff at even better prices. The two guys wrapped it up in plastic as it was raining a little and loaded it in my truck. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will be back for sure
