Jetmore is the number 1 in my book. They found out what was the problem with my old Gas Fireplace and showed it to me. Their sales person was great and worked with us for obtaining a replacement which was actually larger than the original that we had installed by NATGRID. Their Installation technician was the best. He explained everything as he did the installation and cleaned up everything when completed.

Great experience. The installer was great. He explained everything to me. I noticed something in the unit that was not right and showed him. He told me it was a manufacturing defect and assured me he would contact the manufacture about it. A few days later I got a call from Jetmore saying that they would be installing a whole new unit. He came with a brand new unit and replaced the defective one. That's what I call great customer service. I have told everyone I know that Jetmore stands behind their work. Great company.

Absolutely love my Jetmore installed fireplace. I’ve had it about 8 years and we use it constantly and it still runs perfectly! We have had it routinely serviced and cleaned by them also. Great place, I would use them again without a doubt!

Great price and excellent service / support from start to finish. I purchased an XO pro. Have them deliver it & hook up if it is natural gas. Totally worth it! Highly recommend.

I had my fireplace door replaced by Jetmore. From the moment I walked into the store until the technician was finished installing them. I had nothing but a very pleasant experience. February they were a pleasure to deal with cheaper than the competition, and I love my new fireplace doors! Highly recommend them.
