Had a tech come out for a fridge issue. Not only did he solve it, he educated me on the inner working of the unit and how to prevent it in the future- along with some extra tips on keeping it running smoothly and what to look for. If i ever have an appliance issue in the future i will be calling NTL.

Great experience overall. Everything was explained clearly, and both our washer and dryer were reviewed thoroughly. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary parts or services. Professional, honest, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Fort Drum Review. The prices were reasonable for me. Ran me about 280 to replace belt and thermostat. Truthfully If you have an old dryer then consider finding another used dryer for cheaper before spending this money, especially in PCS season. But they also suspected that my home drying piping wasn't hooked up correctly. I called housing maintenance and Appliance Repair was correct. My dryer would've kept having thermostat issues if they hadn't identified that. (5 years worth of mint removed from my attic). They also were very respectful in every interaction and gave a professional and friendly greeting when entering my home. I'm satisfied with their work and recommend you calling and getting a quote if you need repair.

Paid $117 just for them to come out and “assess” the guy never did anything and only looked at the washer. Never took it apart, nothing. Waited 9 business days for the “part” to come in (11 if you count the weekend) Then they called to schedule the repair to the washer …..3 more days pass. Then they finally arrive and he has the wrong part. I was told they sometimes send the wrong part. Yeah, that’s why you take down the make model and info so you get the correct part and you take the thing apart on the service call so you know exactly what you need! So now we start the process all over again. Called to see how long it’s going to take this time and find out the technician didn’t even turn in his paperwork to order the new part. So the wait will be even longer. Staff on the phone seemed indifferent to us being inconvenienced and having to pay for the laundromat while we waited for their mistake. Basically like, it sucks to suck. Worst customer service skills, don’t care if they lose customers. Seven days for a part? Maybe they should talk to mechanics because they can get parts faster. Then they finally returned with the correct part but didn’t even run the washer for a full cycle like I asked and I repeated that it was having issues when it came to the rinse cycle. He leaves and then calls my cell phone because he misplaced his drill and the washer was still leaking. He comes back yet again, this time listens to me to run the full cycle and determines it’s the cold water I take valve and is willing to write up another quote. At this point we were 4 weeks without a washer $450 in for costs and it still wasn’t fixed. He should have figured out the problem initially. Especially when he ignored when I was explaining the issue was with the cold water rinse cycle. Worst service ever. I don’t know what kind of operation they are running but steer clear fort drum, don’t waste your time.
