So I have rental property and looking for new appliances every few years. Always get a snotty condescending attitude on the phone. Go to Lowe's or somewhere else. These guys are jerks.

A breath of fresh air after dealing with a big chain company that sold us appliances that were unavailable and had to refund us our money and left us still with no appliances after 3 weeks and told to go to their website to find what we want because they couldn't help us. We were referred to Brand Name Appliances by a friend who had a great experience. He was friendly with a great sense of humor, I handed him a paper with the dimensions and he found us exactly what we needed and we were out of there in less than a half hour. Fridge and freezer being delivered in 4 days. Great experience!! P.s. I don't like to call out other businesses so I'll just say the big chain store we dealt with rhymes with Howe's 😬

Joe was very kind, professional, and helpful. He knows the pros and cons of different appliance models well. Excellent customer service, great prices. Brand Name got my washer installed much more quickly than Home Depot because Brand Name actually has appliances in stock. Support your local business, not the big box stores!

When told that I had to travel from our house near Ellicottville to Wellsville to get a propane ready dryer I was not pleased. But once I got there, bought the dryer and had them install it I now have my favorite appliance store. Joe the owner is wonderful and his delivery crew was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Delivered within days and old one carted away with no additional charge. Well worth the drive.
