Good day! My Kenmore washing machine wasn't working last weekend, so I set up an appointment and the tech was there in a couple of days. He quickly evaluated the machine, said what it needed and the price was fair. They needed to order the parts which is standard. I called Friday and asked what the status was. Joanne(very friendly), who answered the phone, told me the parts were due in on Monday and put me down for the repair on Tuesday, assuming the parts came in on time which they did. The tech was at my house this morning, did the repair and the machine is now working perfectly. So happy I reached out, will absolutely use Rockland Appliance Center again. Friendly staff and very professional. A++++

Great experience. Sales person (Joann)was very helpful in giving us options that would fit our space and giving us all information about how to prepare for delivery etc. price was same as big box stores that provide no service. Delivery and removal was all included. Delivery team was friendly, efficient and perfect (space was difficult to negotiate but they were pros. Thank you so much!

We had a whole new kitchen renovation done and got a jenn air dishwasher. We had nothing but issues, jenn air sent out service techs but the dishwasher never fully worked well. We went back and forth for a year with Jenn air and even had a whole new unit replaced. Finally called Brian, who discovered an improper electrical instillation and finally fixed our problem. Our dishwasher broke. Brain assessed the problem and couldn’t be repaired reasonably. Placed my name on a Bosch 300 series due to ship. I get a call within 2 weeks and installed 1 week later. Everything went seamlessly and dishwasher delivered with no damage. Installed professionally. I rather deal with these people than Home Depot. Much more reliable. Wishing everyone the same experience
